Currently, Dr Lee serves as the Associate Dean of the College of Education and a Distinguished Professor at the Graduate Institute of Information and Computer Education, National Taiwan Normal University. She previously held key academic positions at National Changhua University of Education, including Director of the Graduate Institute of Science Education. Her international experience includes a visiting scholarship at Michigan State University and a research role at the American Institutes for Research in Washington, DC.
