Abstract: Traditional assessments struggle to distinguish between a learner’s use of GenAI and genuine learning. What does this mean for teaching and learning? In this talk, the impact of GenAI on some well-established learning strategies will be described. Some solutions will be proposed. There may be more questions than answers.
