Messy, Human, Ethical: Navigating Dilemmas In Educational Research

Presentation Overview

At this session, Nova & Gillian will discuss their research areas that demand ongoing ethical attentiveness, sensitivity, and reflexive decision-making. Working at different stages of their doctoral journeys, they will use this session to share insights from their research to date, including moments of uncertainty, tension, and ethical negotiation. Participants will be invited to grapple with a series of ethical provocations emerging from their studies and to reflect critically on their own practice, assumptions, and responsibilities within complex educational contexts.
